Use this website lawfully and without infringing other people's rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or send unlawful, abusive or misleading material through the contact form.

The website does not provide customer accounts, online checkout, paid downloads or recurring subscriptions.

3. Enquiries, bookings and services

We offer startup strategy, consulting, facilitation and related support. Website descriptions are general information. Sending a contact enquiry or booking a discovery chat does not by itself create a paid service contract.

The discovery chat booking link opens Calendly, an external service. Please use the booking confirmation's options for changes or contact Becky directly.

The scope, fees, payment arrangements, scheduling, cancellation and any refund terms for paid work will be agreed separately before the engagement begins. These website terms do not introduce automatic billing or a subscription cancellation deadline.
